Coins explained

Which coin should you use?

You don’t need to understand every coin — just enough to pick the right one. The short version: use USDT for paying because its value stays steady. The others work, but their price moves around.

Tether USDT

Best for casinos

A stablecoin pegged roughly 1:1 to the US dollar. It behaves like a digital dollar, so the amount you hold barely moves in value day to day — which is exactly what you want when paying or withdrawing.

Networks
TRC-20 (Tron) is the cheapest practical network and the most widely accepted for casino deposits; Solana (SPL) is the cheapest of all; BEP-20 is cheap; ERC-20 (Ethereum) can be expensive — avoid it unless required.
Fees
TRC-20 sends usually cost around $1 or less. Always use the network the casino lists.
Good for paying a casino?
Best choice — stable value, low fees, widely accepted.

Honest note: USDT is issued by a company (Tether) and isn’t literally a bank deposit. It publishes attestations rather than full audits, and has briefly de-pegged in the past (≈$0.95 in May 2022). The risk is low for short-term payments but not zero.

Bitcoin BTC

The original cryptocurrency and the most widely accepted. Often called “digital gold” — it’s a store of value, but its price in dollars moves around a lot.

Networks
Bitcoin network. Confirmations take roughly 10 minutes.
Fees
Network fees vary with demand (often well under a dollar, sometimes more).
Good for paying a casino?
Usable, but slower and price-volatile — not ideal for casino deposits.

Ethereum ETH

The leading programmable blockchain’s coin. Widely accepted, but volatile like Bitcoin, and its network (gas) fees can be higher.

Networks
Ethereum network. Sends confirm in minutes.
Fees
Gas fees vary; can be pricier than other networks at busy times.
Good for paying a casino?
Works, but volatile and often pricier than stablecoins — not ideal.

Solana SOL

A fast, very cheap blockchain coin. Increasingly accepted. Volatile as a holding, but great as a low-cost transport rail. USDT also exists on Solana.

Networks
Solana network. Extremely fast (about a second) and almost free.
Fees
Fees are a tiny fraction of a cent.
Good for paying a casino?
Cheap and fast to move, but volatile to hold — fine as a transport coin, not for storing value.
